ORDER AND PAYMENT METHODS :

1.	E-mail or fax us with the list of product codes and quantities. Please include your company profile, shipping address and phone details as well as the Sea Port or Air Port.
2.	We will send you back an invoice for the total amount of goods and a shipping cost estimate. Final shipping costs will be charged after all the goods have been packed and ready to deliver to your shipping address.
3.	Once we have mutually agreed on the order and quantities you will need to send by Telegraphic Transfer as amount 50% deposit for goods cost only to confirm your order, fax us your receipt/invoices of the transfer as a confirmation.
4.	Then we'll reconfirm your down payment by email or fax. The production begins normally 3 to 7 weeks for completion. Once order is completed, we'll send you the final bill for remaining goods cost and shipping.
5.	Once the final Balance has been paid we send you all necessary Customs Documents you will need to clear your goods through Customs.
6.	We will be in constant contact with you from the time you order till you clear your goods. We can also advise you on how to get a customs Broker in your country for clearing your goods.
